Rules & Information:
The Willowvale Pride Photo Contest is an opportunity for all levels of photographers to share an image that represents their connection with Pride! Whether as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, or as an ally, what does Pride mean to you? Tell your story in a picture!
COST: FREE
CONTEST SUBMISSIONS START ON THE 10TH OF JUNE 2020 AND CLOSE AT 11:59pm SLT ON THE 27TH. WINNER WILL BE SELECTED JULY 5, AFTER 1 WEEK OF OPEN VOTES AND REVIEW BY OUR PANEL OF JUDGES!
Rules:
1. You can only enter ONE photo!
2. You need to submit your photo in world as Full Perm or on the Willowvale Flickr (or both if you're feeling saavy) by the deadline! June 27th! *Submissions in-world need to be uploaded by you and submitted in the mailbox at Willowvale HQ
3. All entries should be family friendly. Specifically *No porn, no full nudity, no excessive obscene language (in other words if you depict the F* bomb it better have a purpose!)
4. No text written on the photo (it can be an object or a prop in a photo (i.e. a poster, or a sign)
5. The pride flag *free at Willowvale event lobby* must be displayed somewhere in your image. TO OBTAIN GO HERE: Willowvale HQ
6. Be creative!
7. Have fun!
WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED LIVE IN WORLD, HERE, ON FLICKR AND ON FB ON THE 3RD OF JULY! *Individual winners will be notified in world by private message*

1st: 2000L from each Willowvale store (Granola Babies, Breaux Willow, BoWillow & Breaux) 8000L Total! (Or 6months of all blogger boxes)
2nd: 1000L from each store, 4000L Total! (Or 3 months of all blogger boxes)
3rd, 4th, 5th: 250L from each store, 1000L Total! (or 1month of all blogger boxes)
6th, 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th: 100L from each store, 400 Total!

To make things a little interesting, and in hopes that you'll tell everyone, we've decided to make a sliding pot! LET ME EXPLAIN...

PEOPLE'S CHOICE WINNER:

JUDGING:
Voting: Voting will take place for ONE WEEK after the competition. June 28-July 3. Votes will be made on the Flickr page *1 vote per person* Votes will have an influence on the overall judging AND there will be ONE person chosen for the PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD, who will receive either 8000L in gift cards or 6 months of all blogger boxes.
OUR JUDGES: Our judges will be a collection of people chosen from all different places and communities to better assure that they are unbiased and judge fairly and based on the content and not the photographers.
For this reason the photos will also be presented to our panel of judges WITHOUT the names of the photographers! They will only know who the artists are after the judging is closed.
